exhaust can adapter

i have acquired some nearly new Fuel oval cans that a mate had briefly fitted to his TLR1000. Only drawback is they have a four bolt fitting so i need to adapt them to slip-on fit for my link pipes. The only ones i have found online are out of stock (Banditmania) does anybody else make them? (UK), though it should be fairly easy to make some if necessary.
