Man that would've been great, proper build quality and real suspension from the factory. Why didn't they go through with it? Did it turn out to be too heavy compared to the TRX, perchance?
'95 4NX with K&N filter, Motad Venom cans, YSS PD valves, Ohlins fork springs, 530 C+S, Green CDI, 11/16 radial master cylinder, +30mm jack up dog bones. Enjoyable money pit.

In a word? COST. It was simply too costly for the then MuZ to develop but it did get ridden and was very good according to a certain Mr Cathcart, oh and the motor was the TDM derivative
It was a tad porky at 200 kg but had it been developed further the chassis was to be Alloy tube not steel.
