Trx offset sprocket

Hi guys,

Does anyone in oz know where I can get a 10mm offset front sprocket.
Work has finally begun on my trx custom after being fuk't around for 6 months by last bike shop!
Remember the trx with gsxr front end, RSV aprillia rear end! It's finally starting to progress

Someone on here had produced an wider offset sprocket in England or try the chain gang here in Brisbane as they can make up custom sprockets or possibly a spacer .
I was just thinking about your bike the other day and was wondering where it went and who had it..

Got it up and running, dropped it off to a bike shop that was referred to me to get the rear end lined up and it sat there untouched, literally untouched for over 5 months. Walked in and wheeled it out 2 weeks ago. Dave kellet has it now, front end not done properly so he's fixing that up. Back wheel doesn't have enough meat to machine down so need to get offset sprocket, was looking at chain gang yesterday....think they'll be the way to go. Setting up rear end with a cbr600rr rear tail unit. Really looking forward to getting on the road now, giving myself 6 months!

I had a few jobs Done through Dave over the years and always had quality work and that's all he focuses on is Frame straightening and engineering modifications.
Bike will be in a jig and lasered to get all in line.
That is how I found out about the yzf750 swing arm and wheel alignment issues.
So he ended up machining the yzf rear wheel clutch hub down and changed wheel bearings to suit the Trx swing arm.

Ok, chain gang has come back to me and don't do offset sprockets...any other suggestions?

The standard sproket would be around 10mm thick..what about having a machine shop take the teeth off an old sprocket and just fit that first as a spacer,? It would have the spline fitment and all.!

I managed to machine 6mm required to align sprockets on a yzf750 rim into the trx swing arm by machining material off the clutch hub on the rear wheel when dealing with sprocket and rim alignment and swing arm clearance.
May get you a little closer to a ballpark . If it's an offset rear sprocket like on a trx you may gain some there too by flipping it over.

I made an offset sprocket for my trx with tdm900 engine. Machining two sprockets, welding and hardening again: a lot of work.
But the only solution for the alignment of the chain.
