Interesting (Dutch) bike for sale

I saw this one on a dutch market website.

It is said to have the full OVER engine kit.
Keihin 41mm flatslide carbs, OVER oilcatchtank, Big bore 888 cc, titanium conrods and OVER exhaust system.
Stated bhp: 107! But he couldn't find the dyno results anymore, unfortunately.
And just 5 gears, not 6.
Suggested price: € 4.800,00.
