I'm so jealous!! You got that for $400?? :shock: :shock: Jealous as!! Lot's of things that could be a great base for!
Understeer - when you hit the fence with the front of the bike.
Oversteer - when you hit the fence with the rear of the bike.
Horsepower - how fast you hit the fence.
Torque - how far you take the fence with you.

If your fork tubes aren't bent, send them in to Rad Hard Chroming for a once over, should cost around $350 IIRC.

With calliper pistons removed can you clean them up by bead blasting them?

You could I guess, you don't want to take too much material off though. I usually hone then with some very fine wet & dry (1200 or more) using brake fluid as the wet.

Edit: You mean the pistons right? Calipers themselves shouldn't be an issue.
