Hi All,

As part of the refurb of my TRX I am replacing all of the chassis. Just spent a heck of a long time putting together a list of the bearing types, sizes and numbers using the search function on this site and going through a load of other sites so I thought some people might find it helpul to have the list all in one place.

These bearing sizes are for a standard TRX with stock wheels, swing and head stem etc:

Nice one Con Rod, I tend to use the download section of the forum to look up such stuff but it`s useful to have it all present in one thread.

Here is the excel spreadsheet, probably a bit easier to read:

Table updated to include oil seal sizes (I have not yet compared these with the ones that came off the bike but will update if any sizes are different.

That spreadsheet was fantastic!
Just had a spare pair of wheels powder coated and used the chart to order all the new bearings and seals.
Just 1 seal (sprocket carrier I think) was 1mm thicker. The one recommended and duly supplied was the same as that used on an R6.
If anyone wants a supplier for the lot, even labelled up individually for you, then let me know. I'd recommend the guy's who supplied mine and you can choose branded or non-branded bearings, up to you!

Top tip - put bearings in the freezer over night, makes fitting them much easier!

Does anyone know what the size of the seal for the left hand front wheel bearing would be? Its diameter is more than 40mm, is it not?

To update, the correct part numbers and sizes are:

Right hand dust seal (part number 93102-23252) is indeed 23-40-7mm.

Left hand dust seal (part number 93105-45017) is 45-56-6mm.
