Anyone looked up their own hole(s)

Post by Killerwhale » Tue Nov 07, 2006 9:13 pm

When changing downpipes today i was terrified when i saw the amount of coal in the outlets on the top, i mean a couple of mills easy!

Have you looked up there on yours?

This just CAN´T be good for the flow!

Should i ask the shop to do an overhaul when changing cams next spring or whatcha reckon??

Cheers

Yep it does get a bit coked up in there.

To be honest I was more concerned about how tiny they are anyway.

I THINK i read somewhere that this has a lot to do with the fin coolers on the "holders"....to get better c02 readings....right!? Cools to fast!?

A Swedish company sells a "bandage" for downpipes to keep the exhaust gases hotter for better flow.....any idea??

I try to stay away from dirty holes as much as possible...

Speaking of which, why are you burning coal in your TRX Killer? Petro prices really that high up there in the north pole?
