Does your bluespots have the tubing you can see in the upper part of picture??
Mine does not....and are from a R6.....if your got them wich bike are they from?
I think the below is from the thunderace.
Why are they different, any performance difference??

Honestly, aren't these questions better placed in the "tech/trouble" department?
Other than that, an unqualified guess is that Yamaha made external piping instead of internal channels on the first generation bluespots. Like it took them a few tries to make the new and small calipers work with internal pressure channels.
But that's just me reaching for far out explanations...

They're from Thunderace, and l think JPE's guess is spot on. Someone on the old forum claimed they were inferior to the "real deal", because they shouldn't be casted in one piece, but mine looks like they are...
