My last driving season had sad ending when I crashed my trx in a slow curve at race track. Luckily it didn't crash too harsh, but left exhaust pipe and back frame bent inch or two sideways to right. So I'm asking tips for bending them back to their original position.

About frame I was thinking something like attaching some long steel rod or thick wood board to front frame, putting some stuff between that rod and frame in the middle of frame and then trying to bend back frame towards that rod. I don't know if you got what I meant here. About exhaust pipe I really don't have any ideas yet how I can bend it.

yep - rear subframe can be pulled back into position. A bit of heat and a suitable lever and hey presto!

as for the pipes, that's a bit more tricky but the same principles shoudl apply (so long as you haven't folded the metal)

It's not folded, just bent. I bet that pipe is gonna be a pain to bend back to its normal position. Good to know that i should be able to pull rear frame back into positon.

You could just take the frame to a qualified frame engineer. They will do a good job and usually aren't too expensive. I had a Vespa 150 that had a serious frontal impact and didn't look repairable. Cost $300NZD or 100 pounds to have it straightened and repaired such that once it was painted you couldn't even tell.
