Killerwhale I think you will have to bite the bullet and take the head off. The leak will not go away only get worse with higher temperature and pressure. Did you clean the faces down any burrs etc? Having said that ensure you have not left any of the bolts loose. When you torqued them down did you go over them all again as the gasket compresses you can take tension off the first bolts tightened in the sequence. I hope it is just loose bolts good luck with it.

Personally I never fit a gasket dry ... I've always used either Hylomar or Loctite 5699 depending on application. Belt and braces I know, but I've never had a gasket problem either!

Try some next time round..

Learn by doing heh!?

Been out there since i posted now and actually only worked on the timing....putting back my slotted sprockets etc.
It helps A LOT not having the slack the wrong way on the cam chain....duh...

Will take all advice here and drill my other two gaskets....they will probably come in handy....

Thanks guy´s!!

Whatcha think about loctite 5920? Higher temp and i actually think that is what was used on the gasket that where in the bike....

Also read that many use 3020 on their jetskis when they want to re use the head gasket...
