Ok, the bike is somewhat like a fat pig down low. The last thing i did before putting it up there was to change the needle to third from top (as others did in here) and it seems as this fattened it really bad. Also the slow jet seems to be way off. AND the fuel screw.
So, whatcha reckon i should try out here? CHEERS

Both the power and torque curves are all over the shop. What did the dyno bloke say?

I´ll ask him. Also, could you elaborate on what other things i should ask or tell him?? I´m no expert as you probably know!? All i know is that this guy has one of the best reps in Sweden so Swedish company´s are crap then....

KW - I'm no expert either but that is not a smooth curve.
Show him mine and ask him why yours doesn't look like that

I tried doing a straighter line with the mouse pointer....you mean like this?

Phuky just means the lines should be smooth.
Here's mine: run through the gears is red, top gear roll-on is blue...
It's probably just his dyno: maybe it vibrates too much cos of your loud pipes ??

Well, it IS off in the A/F...thinking of getting an ACC pump with leak jet for easier jetting.
And the "jagged" line....can a motor actually make that? I would buy the vibrations....although not from pipes!
BUT....i needed advice on the jetting....

the jagged lind could be the bike was not strapped down properly so not gripping the dyno drum
