Mate,
The single headlight endurance fairings like mine use a plate the same size/shape as the standard headlight and the light is mounted on this, recessed into a hole cut in ..

Of course, if you'd done it properly and bought a Pferrer fairing, the headlight is all neatly hung on the fairing for you

Rhencullen moved from near the Triumph factory to Mallory Park and are deffo still trading.
Rob (who does the dyno work and fork rebuilds etc) is now called RJS Superbike - 01455 845611
Parry (or PJ) who does the shop is still called Rhencullen AFAIK - 01455 842224

Only shot I've got of the other side is this one...
..I prefer the headlight not on the fairing, but on the bike, so I can take the fairing off dead easy for maintenance/cleaning.
That light is a 5 3/5 inch cibie halogen unit which came with it.
I've broke the light recently

so just bought another one, but gone for a smaller 4 inch halogen unit with a pilot light also. Cost about £40. Look on the usual sites: Busters Accessories, M and P, Demon Tweeks.
Dave.

That's like I had, but that's only glass/reflector so need some way of mounting it. There's a popular one by Dominator which is 12 55/60w halogen and comes in a casing with mounting bracket.
Watch the measurements though, cos I think ones like Phuks are prolly only 3 inch diameter?

Looks cool!
But don't you need a main and dip beam plus a 'pilot' light, for MOT?
