Hello! I hope you've all had a great Christmas.
I've just quickly read through your suggestions and will begin ticking the checks of my list once again.
Since I last posted, I ordered a new relay (very clean condition with the markings still on), a new handlebar switch (again, super clean example compared to the old one) and a new in box key main switch - just to cover all basis.
I just tried the kill switch test you suggested ie the RB wire to the + terminal. Continuity test yeilded no result with the relay out, with the relay plugged in the screen went blank on the meter... odd! I changed it to voltage and that read okay.
I think I'm cursed...
Thank you for all your help once again!
Interchangeable relays?

Re: Interchangeable relays?
Hold on... I'm an idiot... I hadnt plugged in the new start switch
After doing that, and swearing a lot, the bike fired up! Finally! Buuut.. as always, you solve one problem, you create another. After letting it idle for a minute or two I touched the throttle and it cut out. Started it a few more times no problem, but again too much throttle (barely any) and it cuts out.
I'm guessing I may have connected one of the hoses up incorrectly? Any guides on how to do this?
