Tight valve bucket

Hi all.
I have just done a valve clearance check on my '96 and all were within spec except 1 inlet valve that was at the lowest point.
I changed out that one and on reassembly noticed that the bucket was fouling the head?
It was so tight that I couldn't move it with my fingers, and I could barely get it out with my strongest magnet!
I opened up the pocket with hours of 1200 grit wet and dry rubbing and
now it slips in better, but still a bit tighter than the others.
Anyone else had a similar issue with the inlet valve closest to the cam chain?

Cheers.

Common issue as the inlet cam can run dry on initial start up ( usually cylinder 1 being furthered from the oil feed. ) More so noticeable if the bike is left for some time between start ups.
Personally on oil changes, rebuilds or motor sitting for some time, I’ll remove the bleed nipple on the end of exhaust cam 1 and use a large syringe and push a load of oil into the galley to prime it full.
The cam journal edge feathers a little and makes life difficult to remove the bucket. Ride the bike constantly or at least start and run for a short time and all is well.
