I have a 2000 Japanese model imported to Australia with Brembo callipers. I've read heaps of posts about upgrading to R1-R6 callipers, but for now I just want to keep it simple and get the bike back on the road. My discs are pretty stuffed so I want to replace them. The 'standard' TRX disc offered by Metal Gear seems to have a different offset.
Does anyone know what a replacement disc would be, perhaps off another model?
Cheers

Re: Front discs for Japanese import
I have swapped calipers between standard 4UN, Japanese spec Brembo, and R1 Blue spots, all on the same disc.
I am not aware of any difference in the front wheel or discs between the Japanese spec and ROW models, only the calipers and pads.

Can vouch for the Metal Gear discs. Put a pair of fronts on mine and they were quieter than the OEM ones and 100% true, and with silver pots and EBC carbon/organic pads they bedded in 100% uniform and clean without using any "proper" break in procedure. Very impressed. Plus they are local and shipping is fast.

Re: Front discs for Japanese import
I have fitted standard OE 4UN (or whatever we got here in Britain) discs to my 4NX, they went straight on, I'm pretty sure they're all the same.
'95 4NX with K&N filter, Motad Venom cans, YSS PD valves, Ohlins fork springs, 530 C+S, Green CDI, 11/16 radial master cylinder, +30mm jack up dog bones. Enjoyable money pit.

No need to upgrade to blue spots as your Brembos are well up to the job.
