I'm sure this will have been answered already, but my google-fu is obviously weak this morning. Does anyone know if it's possible to program an Ignitech unit when it's not connected to the bike? Obviously, things like the RPM and TPS sensor will read zero. But, I'd like to be able to query the stored configuration, and if necessary, push a new config when it's on the bench next to me. My thinking is that I'd just need to shove +12V and ground to a pair of pins from a bench power supply.
Has anyone done this? Or should I just man up and take the laptop out into the cold garage and plug it all in there?

Re: Ignitech programming
Plug in your 12 v supply or take it to the garage , it’s your choice either way to get the same result.
