Nuts n bolts on polishes

There is number of you guys with paint experience who may elaborate on this but I found this as a good basic understanding on some of the complexities of paintwork and how cleaners, polishers and waxes can impact on finish.

Was on-wax off may be theraputic and good for muscle symmetry but a bit old school now days...
