Terry,
Tried Bike and Power at Dural,
Bikebiz at Parramatta,
Frettens at Blacktown.
Metro Spares at Silverwater (the wreckers) have a few in stock (s/h) at $15 ea. I could buy 3 for the price of a new one. I just want a usuable one pronto, until I can order a new one.
Bob.
BTW there's a place over at Arncliffe called Consolidated Wire that do replacement cables at a very reasonable price. When I got the FCR's put on the Guzzi, the cables were a mish mash of Guzzi and Ducati parts. CW made me copies of these for about $40 and they were perfect. Something to think about especially if you're in Sydney.

Don't worry Terry. Thanx all the same. Got 2 perfectly serviceable used ones from Metro Spares this morning for $15 ea. Put the best one on and it feels like new. The one I had on the bike must have been binding internally. Looking at my log, I purchased those cables 5 years ago and put it on 2 - 3 years ago, so not bad going I would think?
