Welcome to the forum. First make sure your pipes and silencers are totally airtight at the joints

Unbolt the exhaust and run a little roof n gutter sealant around the headers going into the head and where the megaphones bolt on. Give it 45-1hr to dry and see how you go.
You can have a quick Squiz to see if the copper exhaust gaskets in the head are ok while at it.

I know this an old thread, and I don’t visit very often, but once again this site has proved invaluable. I had this issue for a few months now and was scratching my head trying to figure out what was causing it. A bit of epoxy on the plastic cover and problem solved. Thanks guys.
