Another shim question...

Post by CH_R1 » Thu Jan 21, 2010 12:36 pm

Just wondering what is the best option when it comes to buying shims? I'd like to buy a range and assume that buying individual Yam shims is going to be hellishly expensive. I found some info in an old post that mentions hotcamsinc.com but I'm wondering if there's somewhere in the UK selling similar kits? What do all you UK based TRXers do?! Cheers in advance.

 UPDATE: Sorry folks- being stupid. Just checked ebay and they can be had for £2.45 each so I'll get them there.

Just checked the valves and all the inlets are 0.10mm except for one which is 0.15mm. I'm assuming it's best to set them all to 0.20 even though the one's ok at 0.15?
