cylinder heat diff?

cylinder heat diff?

ok tonight b4 coming home from work i started the rex as normal to let it run for 5 mins b4 i set off home and i noticed that there was a noticeable temp diff comming out from the headers.
the left cylinder as you sit on the bike was getting alot hotter than the right? is this normal?
the bike ran fine all the way home and has been ever since i got it this just puzzeled me?
any ideas peeps?

One always runs hotter than the other, it's normal.

With mine, its the right hand pipe thats always hotter than the left!

Never worried about it.

Do a search in here, forum "owner" MAX actually jetted his bike with bigger on the left side (sitting on bike)
...not a bad idea as dynotesters seems to put the A/F in the right pipe and if your spot on there....left will be running even hotter than with the TRX´s standard fat settings.

hmm very interesting this, has anyone got any settings to work to on a dyno with a rex?

I´ll try to remember to ask him to do read on both pipes...even if it won´t be spot on as i got 2-1-2.
I´m thinking of fitting an A/F lambda to the bike though and then.....
