Hi guys,would there be many problems with the bike if i turned the standard 2-1-2 into a 2-1 by cutting and welding?

Where would you join it? What diameter?

The stock headers are too small to go into 1 at that diameter IMO

This may give you some idea's. Any changes to the exhaust system will more than likely require a change in carb settings.

wow, interesting link..

anyone compared a stock TRX to what that page says should be optimum ? would be instereting to see how accurate the page / yamaha are.
