utilising paddock stands for the front

One guess who's been shopping at Aldi 
with one stand set up for the rear of the bike I have a second one that's to be set up for the front but the instructions where pretty vague only making you aware the attachment item and handle to be used for the front lift.
My questions being I could see by the photo the metal plate faces downwards that the two blades stick out from but when rolling does one blade sit underneath and the other infront of the forks or the other way with one underneath and one behind the forks before rolling?????
I could see behind maybe fouling the speedo cable?????
another question would it be safest to roll the rear first then the front????
Yer yer I know theres a frame that goes with this to do the work before all the cheap shots
