Take a set of idle adjusters from some unknown Honda carbs
Reduce the end to accept a 2mm die, drill a corresponding hole in the fuel metering needle, tap a clean thread (forget to take photo )
Clean and then re-plate all parts, looks beautiful
Assemble using an epoxy two part adhesive as a thread locker
Install using the original idle adjustment bolt and marvel at the factory look…and it works!!
Not quite….first correctly assemble the carb boots, as they were both upside down and the clamps back to front making it a real bitch to get off, numpties have been here
Part two comming

Re: How i did mine…half way there
Do you know just yesterday when looking at the TWO spare pairs of stock carbs I rooted out from under my bed I had the very same idea!
I wasn`t after the carbs actually, they were just in the way and I had to move them to get to something else but now I`m glad I did.
Nice work Rod.
