Nice tips gents, greatly appreciated. Have had the garage door shut and the heater on to keep the ambient temperature up, like a frigging sweatbox....but will bring the paints in at night.
Cheers.

Re: prepping an engine for painting
Evening all
I have finally got some free time and have started up on the project again. I have sanded out the few runs with p1500, that I wasnt happy with and was just wondering if I just wipe it clean or do I wipe with thinners/degreasant prior to painting again??
Its just the paint has not been cured yet by running the engine and the notes on the PJ1 can state that no solvent or liquid should be used until the paint has cured fully.
Any tips please chaps on this?? Appreciated as ever.
