Those are the wrong ones which is why they won't fit.
The one that will fit is exactly the same shape as the TRX headlamp and bolts straight in. It has 2 projector lamps inside it. 3TJ (I think) is the model number - import only.

Yuppers - I got one of those exact same lamps, just haven't been arsed to find the bulbs to fit it yet... It's quite a weighty bugger though, but looks quite cool with the red rims inside!
Mine came from a breakers, minus one of the mounting lugs and with both reflectors popped off the snap-screws inside... had to drill holes in the housing to get inside to lever them back on...
When I get off my arse to get bulbs etc.,

I have fitted the dual bulb headlight from the FZR600 to my TRX. It looks cool but you have to bear two things in mind.
1. The bulbs are a special import and cost £17 EACH!! (and you need 2!!)
2. The headlight draws a great deal more current, so i have wired in a seperate loom with two new relays.
I would also say that the light output isnt that much of an improvement over the original headlight with Philips blue bulb.
