They sell those here, the Kosso GP dash. They're available from AuStreetfighters (or AuSFR- what ever they're called). I think they retail for about $460 AUD - nice.
I'd certainly be looking for something like that if I was thinking of doing the R1 conversion.

How do you set these things up to match the same mileage your original components (ie dash) had done for rego purposes (MOT, "pink slip" in OZ)?

Hi guys, just fitted this on the weekend. Great bit of gear. Instructions are very helpful on fitting it up. They give you more than what you need in the kit as well. Bought it from the States for just over $200 au. Same unit on sale here at Streetfighter ,they are asking $350+ . If your after one of these don't buy from the manufacturer either ,they were more expensive than Ebay. The dash surround that holds the lights is an accessory. Bought it all from US cycles. Great guys to deal with and even gave me discount on postage.

that looks just what I am after. Did you have any problems actually bolting it on? I see there are lots of model specific mounts but not a TRX as far as I can see. Which did you buy?

G'day Glyn, part # is 75-300 to suit yz/yzf/wr/wrf yammy's
kx/kxf kwaka's
rm/rmz/drz suzi's
This model has the temp sensor that splices into the radiator hose on the trx. As for mounting, they supply 2 clamps in the kit. I used the smaller one and shimmed it with a strip of inner tube rubber and clamped it to the left of the fairing/headlight support bracket. You can see it in the photo. If you buy that unit the rollout for the front tyre is 1861mm with a new pilot in 120/70/17 size.
CYA, Kev.
