R1 fork settings

Post by billy budge » Sun Jul 15, 2007 8:08 pm

This is for all you rexers that have done the good deed of fitting r1 forks.

Before anyone pipes up with 'yes but we are all different weights, height, styles blah blah blah', i know this already but im just after what sort of settings are working on the r1 forks in all 3 adjustments please, purely out of interest.

Havent had a chance to ride out and have a play due to weather/work/new baby girl etc so was after an ideal start point that i can fine tune once road going again.

cheers :D

I've got mine set 4 clicks off full for rebound, all the way in for compression (I think? might be the other way round).

and prelod on the 2nd softest setting (i'm on renthals, and only 12 stone so not much weight over the front)
