2 Went to bedford!
Great day slightly marred by red flags in group 3. The last session was the best of the day with no stoppages.

Early mist cleared to leave a glorious day with 24 Deg C and light breeze. It doest get any better.

Totally agree with Dave on Bedford circuit. An excellent day out and cheap.

Noise limit is 101dB and mine was 100.7 so popped the baffle in for the ride by meter.

As a first timer it felt a bit wierd and scary during the first session because of the featureless landscape. Didn't know where I was going.

On the infield section there is a right turn (that gives alternative track layouts) before the actual right on your way round to the pit straight and there were a number of times when I caught it in my periferal vision and ended up thinking I was flat out in fourth having missed my braking point by 200meters. It's quite a heart stopping feeling.

Circuit certainly keeps you switched on.

Great mix of fast and slow stuff and so many left handers I am now equally confident both ways. 30 years of tearing round roundabouts had made me prefer right hand turns. Needed a couple fewer teeth on the rear (17/42 currently) as I was having to hold onto the revs well into the red at a number of turns.

Last session was uninterrupted by offs and enjoyed swapping positions with Dave before packing up for the day.

I'm still doing laps in my head and 2 days have passed since we were out!

Good on yer both for getting out ther amongst the fours and generally waving twin cylinder non Ducati flag =D> . I'm very jealous of you both. Track riding is utterly addictive. Glad you had a great day :D .

One of me at Brands last month at a roadbikes only day.

Engine now in bits whilst fitting my go faster bits :D.
