Phillip Island Ride Day - plus Calder

Better late than never.
I did a Phillip Island Ride Day last week and took TRiXie along for the ride.
Only did 1 of 7 sessions on the TRX as I have bought a 250 specifically for these days.
However the one session on the TRX was great fun and the tyres now have a serious look of torture about them. Several looks of dismay from big dollar Italian twin riders as a dead stock looking TRX blew by
Probably the last time I'll do this as the temptation to start setting up the bike for the track, rather than road becomes too great.
Interested to read the comments about Calder, I last rode there in the early 90's and found it was a much better track than I expected. Low grip surface, but this means you can lay big 'blackies' at fairly safe speeds.
Maybe try again in 07
