Hi!

From March 28 to 30 I was at the Ledenon Race Days with Art Motor.

I had my Mini_Key_Chain_Cam-DVK808#8 with me and tried it for the first time.

And this is the result - sometimes a little "wavie" but (as said) for the first time try I'm quite happy with it:

Uh, and despite it's looking as if I do a lot of wheelies: That's only my fork that is a little on the soft side; but I prefer it that way ...

Beside that the Ledenon Circuit is the most fun track I know (tricky and demanding but it's sooooo much fun) the landscape around there is very beautiful and the vines are great (in generally I prefer Italian red wines but I found some veery good and tasty wines there)!

If you have the opportunity to go there - do it!!!

Where did you mount the camers, under the fairing?

Maybe try on the mudguard or forks to prevent it pitching up and down so much?

And yes, the camera was mounted on the fairing: on the bottom of the air inlet under the headlight - simply with some velcro strip (and the help of double-sided adhesive tape).
I thought there it can sit nicely but I didn't thought of my fork being that "movable" when accelerating
Putting the camera on the mudguard would help the track from getting out of sight ... me thinks I have to think a little more about an alternative mounting point ...

And YES, this IS a VERY twisty track!

You have almost NO time to "relax" a little, cause even the home straight is kinda short ... thanks to god (of track builders)!

Also yes - that's why they call it the "triple gauche", i.e. the triple left hander; a little more tricky to be on the ideal line than in the triple left corner at Oschersleben.

I've heard that this track was planned as a "clockwise" track, but for the very steep decline after the start followed by a very narrow >90° right hand corner (which produced a lot of accidents) they changed it to a "counter clockwise" course what helped the starting situation but lead to make most of the corners hard or impossible to be seen as whole at the beginning thereof: i.e. you often have to lean in the corner you don't even see yet!

Sounds crazy and it really is - but that's also what makes the great fun in riding on that track (no matter if the story of the change in riding direction is true)!
