Had a little jaunt to Scotland last week, visited Skye, applecross, Tongue, Fort william and visited Knockhill for the BSB. Mostly brilliant hot weather with occasional torrential downpours. Clocked up 1750 trouble free miles, used about 250ml of oil and got between 55-70 mpg.

Not too bad, bout a dozen or so on each arm. Not as bad as the horse flies we get at home! Had some serious rain at times and bike never missed a beat. Got home and washed it, then it went on to one pot till it dried out.
Those roads in the far nothwest were just great.

Oooh yes, hence as a southerner I`ve zero thoughts of wanting to move back into junctions, traffic lights, roundabouts and intrusive technology that treats me as a criminal cash cow!

I'll try next month.
Mind you with the new rules it is now less important to have an interesting background.

What screen is that that you're using? Looking for a flip up screen before heading to the Pyrenees again on my current TRX.

Corners, Its a flip on at the moment, dont know the make as it was used, i had a double bubble before which i broke. Personally i preferred the DB, but the flip is ok, certainly better than the standard. I have also raised the bars 12mm with spacers and longer bolts.

Simvalstatin for my cholesterol and Ramipril for blood pressure. Beer for relaxation.
It was taken with "old man of Storr" Isle of Skye in background.
