ARD racing did me a nice pattern mudguard in black gelcoat fibreglass for the YZf conversion. If you want a new mudguard/front fender, they might be able to do you a TRX (it's all to order for older bikes anyway) one. Lighter than the original, save ggggggrams now!

Mind you, I've already taken a chunk out of mine forgetting the disc lock... #-o Still works though.

I wonder if the photographer was there?

If you're going to go out in a blaze of glory, you might as well have some pictures.

:bail:

PS - if the fingers/thumb recover before the TRX, you can always come and ride the CBR4 at the next one.

I'm sure I saw you running around as I passed...maybe I imagined it. You did a better job than the 4 other people who crashed in the same place. It was proper, as Guy Martin might say.

Hopefully you were knocked out when you broke those fingers? I did something similar in 1996 and luckily got knocked out at just the right moment, so I missed the snapping of most of the bones in my hand and wrist bit. Result.

:( Sorry to hear about your battering at Mallory Dave, I managed to deflate lungs many years ago there, ( But i got better as Monty Python said ), I've also inserted metal into my fingers on a few occasions, ( and got tetanus as a result ). I'm sure you will heal, and be back though, and your TRX will rise from the ashes. Hope it doesn't put you off and I will hopefully get to see you riding around again. Chin up, and remember don't sell it because Greg will only take the P.
