Cracking day out
Started off at 8am (bloody hell it was cold) and had to meet up with the other lads. As is the norm, it was all twins with open pipes (TRX, Buells x2, Firestorm, RC8, SuperDuke, Mille, BMW800, Duke 996 & 998) save for a Triple and a ThunderAce as we boomed our way up the Fosse Way and across to Melton Mowbray for breakfast.
Then up to Mallory for the racing. Tom Sykes managed to hold of Karl Harris to win the Race of the Year but the best action was in the 125 classes (both superteen and GP).
Saw one other TRX there (N15 SWB IIRC) - anyone from here?

Re: Mallory Park - International Race of the Year
Sounds like a good day!
The Fosse is a great road, but a bit bumpy in places: good suspension workout
...and pork pies for breakfast in Melton.
I went along to Mallory, but in the car as I had the kids (and the bike is SORN! ) Racing was good: top day out!
