I'm clear in the old work and social diaries for that day, so prolly gonna do it, but asked the same question from Phuk: see above.
Phukey, you booked up yet?
Prolly still gonna do it myself anyway as its cheap enough and a good 'last blast of the season' and don't mind being Billy-no-mates, but ....Phuk??

Last time I went in Inters at Mallory I lost half the sessions to red flags so I was actually thinking about the fast group.
But ......

Last time I went to Mallory, last month, there were guys in the Fast group lapping at 3-4 secs off the BSB pace (before the new chicane went in) !!
There were stoppages in all groups through incidents (mainly run-offs at Gerards or the last corner of Edwinas, although one poor sod had a heart attack
) so prolly doesn't make much difference.
Also, If you're too fast/slow for a group, they'll bump you to another group: got bumped from Nov to Inter at Donington last year.
