HI,
Can anyone tell me if track days in the UK require bikes to be lockwired and if so does anyone have any recommendations.
Coming over from Aus to check out the racing scene and I know over here everything has to be lockwired for faster groups even on a track day.
Most riders here use http://www.dsrmoto.com.au
I'll bring stock with me if needed.
Also any recommendations as to best track day providers over there?
Thanks :)

I suppose it depends on the trackday provider, as they state the rules.
Do you bring your own bike from Aus to the UK?

Sadly it's not required at the majority of trackdays - more's the pity - also tends to devalue the resale value of a bike if it's been drilled and wired

Haven't decided yet. Probably not straight away though.

You don't need to drill if you use the Lockwire Anchors as shown on that site I mentioned ... http://www.dsrmoto.com.au/product/lockw ... ess-steel/
