Bob, Still watching but weather is looking WET. Think i will pass on this.
You can still have fun in the wet just take care. I have ridden Oulton Park in deteriorating conditions which ended up very wet and it was still good fun.

nonsense - you wanna pray it pisses down
riding with wets is a right laugh (so long as you can get your head round the fact that they really do grip). And the chances are that (as happened on teh last wet TD I did) there will only be a few people out so they turned it to an open pit lane

hi phuk72 i have got a set of diablo rain tyres if it comes to it i can run them if it rains but i only have one pair of wheels so i will have to pay to get them changed if it gets dry --- how dry does it nead to be before the wets nead to be changed

depends a bit on the track temp as well. On the warmer days you will start ripping apart the wets as soon as the track
starts to dry up. But with current temperatures it will not be that much of an issue. On a semi-dry track in these temperatures you could also run a wet in the front and a more street oriented tyre in the rear.
but by the look of trixynut's weather forecast you'll probably spend all day on the full wets.

modern wets are far mure durable than they used to be. In the 'old days' tey wopuld start blling up as soon as it stopped raining. Now you should be OK using them as long as the surface is still wet.
Looks from the weather forecast as if this isn't going to be a problem.
BTW, have you got tyre warmers? If no, be aware that putting race tyres through numerous heat cycles (ie letting them get warm and then cool down etc) will affect their performance. And if yes, make sure you use them on the lowest heat setting. They have a much lower operating temperature than slicks / race tyres and some tyre warmers will cook teh rubber.
